Serve others while immersing yourself in a new experience at one of QuadW’s six locations worldwide. You’ll get a $2500 stipend, hands-on support, and valuable skills that will transform your life — along with meaningful, long-lasting connections.
Our summer programs are all designed around community growth by working with children and young adults in underserved neighborhoods. Each city and ministry is unique, offering interns a chance to leave their comfort zones and experience something new.
Individual sites are autonomously led by local leaders experienced in Christian mission and ministry, and attuned to the local context. Each site hosts between 6 and 12 young adults between the ages of 18 and 25. Interns live together in an intentional Christian community, work together in mission, and reflect, learn and grow spiritually together throughout the eight weeks.

The six components of a QuadW Summer Internship
Community living
Our programs give young adults an opportunity to live in an intentional Christian community that brings together people from a variety of different backgrounds. United by a shared love of Christ, interns learn firsthand what it means to live our faith together.
2. Spiritual disciplines
We believe that worshiping through song, reading the Bible, and sharing thoughts are essential for our spiritual growth, both individually and as the family of God. We gather weekly to discuss Scripture and pray together.
3. Hands-on service
QuadWMO internships bring about change to communities through acts of service. The work at our internship sites are a cooperative effort of pastors, congregations, and area agencies, benefiting underserved populations — specifically children and youth.
4. Mentoring and coaching
Engage in meaningful reflections on daily experiences alongside seasoned missional leaders. Dive into personal discussions within both team settings and one-on-one interactions to deepen your understanding and connection.
5. Jesus-centric training
Weekly training sessions that aim to teach what it means to follow Jesus, steering away from consumer-centric spirituality, prioritizing global needs, and preparing you to launch initiatives contributing to community transformation.
6. Future planning
Develop practical strategies and plans for your future to make sure you use what you've learned in the internships in your own communities.
