Find strength, purpose, and community with QuadW’s long-term Missional Residencies, where you’ll research and develop innovative new ways to connect communities with the love of Christ.
This 9-12 month internship is designed to support your growth and help you enjoy your walk with God. You’ll live with your fellow Residents and serve alongside our local partners, with a $200 monthly stipend and housing. The weekly time commitment varies by site. Some sites can accommodate young adults who are working or going to school full-time.
This experience will give you the tools you need to enhance your skill set and learn new ways of working with others. You’ll gain leadership, conflict management and problem-solving skills, while making a profound difference in the community you serve.
