We exist to help young adults live lives inspired by Jesus. We offer summer internships in six incredible cities across the United States and Mexico, along with 9-12 month mission residencies available in the United States, Mexico, and Tanzania.
About Us
Who we are
The QuadW Foundation, Inc., was created to honor Willie Tichenor, and his desire to make positive changes in the world around him.
Willie Tichenor passed away from osteosarcoma on March 15, 2006 at age 19. He was insightful, outrageous and full of good ideas and big plans - and he had the remarkable ability to inspire those around him to be better.
Willie's life was transformed by serving others, inspiring the formation of QuadW Missional Outreach. Supported by the QuadW Foundation, it is a completely separate organization dedicated to providing missional internship experiences for young adults.
What we do
Our programs provide young adults with transformative opportunities through working with underserved communities.
QuadW Missional Outreach (QWMO) sponsors summer and missional residency opportunities for Christian college-aged young adults. By combining experiential life in a community with active service, we are giving young adults the tools with which they can learn and grow.

QuadW Internships and Residencies are designed to encourage reflection, communication, and change. The best way to grow is by serving others, and QWMO benefits individuals and communities by providing an intentional environment that supports personal growth and development.
