Who We Are:

The QuadW Foundation, Inc., was created to honor Willie Tichenor, and his desire to make positive changes in the world around him. Willie Tichenor passed away from osteosarcoma on March 15, 2006 at age 19. He was insightful, outrageous and full of good ideas and big plans - and he had the remarkable ability to inspire those around him to be better. Willie's life was transformed by serving others, inspiring the formation of QuadW Missional Outreach. Supported by the QuadW Foundation, it is a completely separate organization dedicated to providing missional internship experiences for young adults.

We exist to help young adults live lives inspired by Jesus. We offer summer internships in six incredible cities across the United States and Mexico, along with 9-12 month mission residencies available in the United States, Mexico, and Tanzania.

What We Do:

QuadW Missional Outreach lifts up communities and unites people around common values and beliefs. Our interns and program leaders work to embody Jesus in everything we do, creating uplifting change in communities all over the world.

Our internships and residencies pair sustained on-the-ground action with guided, ongoing reflection. Built around the core tenets of community living, spiritual growth, and hands-on service, QuadW missional programs are designed to encourage connection, service, and a deeper connection to God.
